Someone needs to post the litany of one-liners that the Taliban has issued since Sept. 11. Here's the latest:
- A Taliban envoy said Oct. 4 the group would not hand over Osama bin Laden even if shown proof of his links to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, according to Reuters. 1655 GMT, 011004
